Attorney

Gabriel Diaz is a highly experienced trial attorney.  Attorney Diaz worked as a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Eastern District of North Carolina and the Eastern District of Virginia from 2018 until 2025.  During his tenure, he achieved the rank of Deputy Criminal Chief for National Security.  As a federal prosecutor, Attorney Diaz lived in the courtroom, handling high-stakes matters on behalf of the federal government, including terrorism, murder, drug trafficking, and financial crimes.  He brings this wealth of experience to the table in all of the work he does with YALE HAYMOND LAW PLLC.

Prior to his time as a Federal Prosecutor, Attorney Diaz worked as a North Carolina state prosecutor for several years.  He has spent his entire career in the courtroom.  Mr. Diaz is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  When he is not occupied by trying complex cases on behalf of our clients, Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family or riding his motorcycle.

Attorney Diaz is a graduate of Campbell Law, where he also serves as an adjunct professor.
