Yale Haymond is an experienced Personal Injury Attorney and the founder of YALE HAYMOND LAW PLLC. He is a Charlotte native and is committed to giving back to his community.

Attorney Haymond comes from a long line of business professionals. His grandfather was an esteemed personal injury attorney and his father is a local business owner who has been involved in land development in the Charlotte area for over 35 years. Yale’s commitment to unrelenting advocacy and compassionate representation comes from the example set for him by his father and grandfather.

Yale’s policy is to develop personal relationships with the firm’s clients. Having close personal relationships with each client allows Yale to understand the unique legal needs of each client. This creates the ability to better advocate for his clients through understanding each client’s circumstances and objectives. Yale is a zealous advocate and has a passion for helping those injured in accidents seek justice.

Yale has extensive experience. Prior to opening YALE HAYMOND LAW PLLC in January 2020, Yale worked as a Public Defender in South Carolina. He also worked for an insurance defense law firm in Charlotte. This experience gives him a strong understanding of how to deal with insurance companies and defendants when litigating personal injury cases. He has seen how the other side approaches defending against your case and this informs how he approaches getting his clients the best possible outcome.

When he is not advocating on behalf of his clients, Yale spends his time with his family. He and his wife have two young daughters. Yale coaches little league baseball and is an active member of Temple Beth El in Charlotte.

Yale graduated from Campbell Law in 2016 and is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. He is also licensed to practice in multiple Federal Courts.
